Choose a form to guide you through the necessary information for payments for live music.
Everything above runs entirely on your own device — nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it yourself, except an ABN or super fund you look up with the optional "Look up" buttons, or an address you look up with the optional address search box, which are sent only to the ABR, ATO or Google's own lookup services respectively.
LivePaid will sort super and payments for musicians and cut the admin for venues and agents.

Collect every member's super details in one place
This changes what we need to collect, and the steps below. Superannuation is generally only payable when paying individuals to perform — not a company or partnership — so a company/partnership booking only needs an ABN and member names, not everyone’s super details.

Just so you know: Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. This page runs entirely on your own device — the one exception is the optional "Look up" button next to the ABN field, which sends just that ABN to the ABR's own public lookup service.
Step 1 of 3
Step 2 of 3
Start with your own — then add everyone else. Each member can fill in their own details on their own device, using the link below, and send the summary back to you to paste in.
Superannuation generally isn’t payable here — we just need the company/partnership’s ABN and the names of everyone performing, for the venue’s records.
Step 3 of 3
Once every member's details are complete, mark this finished to unlock the download.
Your band leader sent you this link to collect your own super details for an upcoming gig. Fill this in, then copy the summary and send it back to them.
Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. This page runs entirely on your own device. There is no server behind it and no account to create — except the optional "Look up" buttons for your fund name or its ABN, and the optional address search box, which send only that search to the ATO, ABR or Google's own lookup services respectively.
Step 1 of 2
That’s all we need, then — your name and a contact number. Nothing below applies if super isn’t payable on this work.
Send your details back as normal so the organiser has a record of your answer, rather than having to chase you to find out.
That's normal, especially for a first gig or first job — you're not stuck. The easiest path is to join a fund yourself; most banks offer one, or you can compare options through the government's own guidance.

If you'd rather sort this later, you can still send your other details back now — just let your band leader know you're still setting up a fund, so the venue knows to follow up rather than assume it's missing by mistake.
Step 2 of 2
Send this to your band leader however you normally get in touch — text, email, whatever's easiest.
A few questions so the venue can pay you properly — the right amount, to the right account, with super where it applies.

Takes about five minutes. You'll need your bank details and, if you have one, your super fund details.
Step 1 of 5
Your legal name is the one on your bank account and with the tax office.
Step 2 of 5
This changes how the venue handles tax and super, so it's worth getting right. Ask your accountant if you're unsure.
Step 3 of 5
Check these carefully. A wrong digit sends your fee to someone else's account.
Step 4 of 5
Venues owe super on live performance fees. Your fund details let it be paid to the right place.
Most workers are \u2014 but eligibility can depend on your age and hours. Under-18s working limited hours may not be entitled to compulsory super contributions. If you're not sure, check with the ATO.
Step 5 of 5
Read the numbers back to yourself. This is the last point where a mistake is easy to fix.
Send the summary back however you normally get in touch. Expect a quick call or message to read your account number back to you before your first payment — that check is deliberate.
Set up your band once — its name, its members, and how you'd like fees split — so every gig from here is quicker to invoice.

At the end you'll get a summary to copy and send back, or save as a PDF.
This form is for sole traders only — you and every member you add. If your band invoices as a company or partnership, this isn't the right form yet.
Step 1 of 4
Step 2 of 4
Add yourself and every other member. If someone's already filled out their own Performer Details form, paste what they sent you and it'll fill their row in automatically.
Step 3 of 4
Since you're submitting on behalf of your band, each member needs your confirmation that they've reviewed and approved their own details.
Step 4 of 4
Read it back before sending it on.
Send the summary back however you normally get in touch with LivePaid.
For a solo sole trader, or a band of sole traders. Fill in the gig, add whoever's being paid, and get a real invoice to hand to the venue.

At the end you'll get an invoice you can save as a PDF.
Step 1 of 4
Step 2 of 4
Add yourself, and anyone else if this was a band. If someone's already filled out their own Performer Details, paste what they sent — or enter their details manually.
Step 3 of 4
Confirm you're entering these details accurately.
Step 4 of 4
Save this as a PDF to send to the venue.
The invoice above is yours to keep and send — nothing here was sent anywhere. If you'd also like these details on file for onboarding, copy the summary below and send it back however you normally get in touch.
